Lisa Falls
Sandy, Utah
5.9 miles E of Sandy, UtahLisa Falls is a great place to climb Spring through Fall, any time of day. The base is well shaded by trees and offers many flat places to belay, or just hang out and relax. The roaring waterfall gives the place a nice atmosphere, while the spray of water and its ensuing breeze also help keep the area cool. The routes here climb granite polished smooth as snot, holdless friction faces, clean cracks, and juggy overhangs. Also, the views of Little Cottonwood Canyon and the lower slopes of North Thunder Mountain are wonderful.
Walter Fredrick Morrison Disc Golf Course
Millcreek, Utah
1.6 miles SE of Millcreek, UtahThe course at Creekside Park was established in 1982 and is one of the first 50 disc golf courses in existence. The course has been officially renamed the "Walter Fredrick Morrison Disc Golf Course at Creekside". This renaming was done during the Creekside Open Disc Golf tournament held on May 15th & 16th, 2004. Walter Fredrick Morrison invented and patented the plastic flying disc and was in attendance during the renaming ceremony. The discatcher on each hole in the course could be located in any one of three different positions. Some holes have more than one teepad. So there is a lot of variety to how the course plays. The pins are relocated about every 2 weeks, through out the year. Public (No Fee)Courtesy of DiscGolfUnited.com
Stewart Falls
Provo, Utah
12.1 miles N of Provo, UtahStewart Falls is found nestled in the forest along the east side of Mt. Timpanogos. Fed by a glacier on the mountain, the crystal clear falls will leave visitors refreshed on a warm summer day. Those hiking in to see the waterfall will be stunned at the 200 ft, multi-tiered waterfall, making it one of the most photographed waterfalls in the area. The hike is about 4 miles round trip and is not too strenuous. There are a few steep edges, so be sure to keep children in sight and close by. The trail is closed when there is snow, so the best time to visit is in the summer or fall, with fall being exceptionally beautiful from all the changing leaves.

Mormon Flats
Salt Lake City, Utah
10.7 miles E of Salt Lake City, UtahPersonal favorite, this trail has a little bit of everything that i consider Wasatch riding. Start by crossing a bridge and heading up into a historic pioneer trail that turns a hair northshore a little ways up with a log crossing and a log bridge over the river, a gradual climb through some of the most surreal and quite surroundings (not very well known). Very soft hard pack with a few riverbed crossing and a few dusty "flat out" sections (you want to be cautious here on the descent because its easy to carry WAY too much speed into the more technical sections...trust me. you end up at the top of Little mountain by mountain dell reservoir, then just turn around and head back. and extremely fun and fast doesn't. a little cold, best time to ride...early or late summer Courtesy of Singletracks.com
Tibble Fork
Provo, Utah
17.1 miles N of Provo, UtahThis trail is advanced tech and strenuous aerobic. This trail involves a few miles of riding on the pavement. Start by heading back down to the intersection with the South Fork of American Canyon and turnig left and climb up the hill to the Pine Hollow trailhead parking(as an alternate you could start here but you really don't want to climb that hill at the end of this ride) look for the trail on the opposite side of the street from the parking lot. Start the brutal climb up the Pine Hollow trail this narrow, rocky and steep after about 2 miles turn left onto the Great Western Trail and follow this up to Ridge 157 trail. Head north on Ridge 157 by turning left and follow this for 2 miles being sure to take the right hand turn at the Mud Springs fork of the trail. Here you will climb up through aspens and then a short fun downhill to the Tibble fork trail. Turn left onto Tibble fork and get ready to drop about 2000' over the next 3 miles and back down to your vehicle. Courtesy of Singletracks.com
