Soldiers Loop makes a loop around the park with moderate ups and downs and not really any tech to worry about. Bridge Trail cuts through the center of the loop and has more more tech features to keep it interesting/challenging. There is also a spur trail that branches out into the woods (to the right if riding the loop counterclockwise) -- easy to follow, but it did not appear to get much traffic -- and winds its way down to a dirt lot/road... cue banjos. More Information
Never modify trail features. Ride trails when they're dry enough that you won't leave ruts. Speak up when you see others on the trail and always yield to hikers, horses, and others coming uphill. Always ride on the established trail.
