Dive and Swim
The rope is right off the road but it's a ways above the water. The rope swings out at about 15 feet over the water but if you get a good swing, 25 feet is pretty reasonable. You'll need to use a stick or pole to get the rope as it usually hangs out over the water. There's a spot to get out just downstream from the rope. Depending on how fast the water is, you may need to swim pretty hard right after your splash. It's only a little above a dam so if the height wasn't deterent enough, this is only a place for strong swimmers. Jump in and swim out.
