The North Shore Trail has over 21 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails which begin in the Overlook Park and much of the north shore of the lake from the north end of the dam to the Coon Creek arm of the lake.

  7. Merge onto I-70 W/Kansas Turnpike

  8. Take exit 197 for KS-10 toward Lecompton/Lawrence
    Toll road

  9. Turn left onto KS-10 E (3.7 mi)
  10. Take the Clinton Pkwy exit (0.3 mi)
  11. Turn right onto N 1400 Rd/Clinton Pkwy (184 ft)
  12. Turn right onto E 900th Rd (348 ft)
  13. Turn left onto N 1402 Rd (0.3 mi)
