Disc Golf
Laid out through open Ponderosa pines and mountain meadows. More open meadow holes than the Yellow course on site. As much as a 60' elevation on some holes. Two water hazards may come into play whether filled with water or not. Several holes are next to OB fence lines. Both right and left doglegs are used to encourage different shots. Open year-round, but there may be seasonal restrictions due to nesting geese and fire danger. At 4800' elevation, snowshoes may be needed during the winter. - Head south on US-395 S toward S Clark St (15.7 mi)
- Turn right onto Izee-Paulina Ln/Izee Rd to Bush Ranch RdContinue to follow Izee Rd to Bush Ranch Rd(3.6 mi)
- Turn right onto Geary Creek Rd/Lay Cock Cr RdContinue to follow Geary Creek Rd(0.6 mi)
- Turn left onto NF-894 (0.5 mi)
- Turn left onto Meadow Ln (0.3 mi)
- Continue onto Spring Rd (0.3 mi)
On Hwy 395 between John Day and Burns just south of milepost 17C, turn on Izee-Paulina Lane. Go 3.5 miles, turn on Geary Creek Rd., 0.75 mile to a left on Spring Rd. Go 0.25 mile and cross cattleguard with totem poles. Alternative route from central Oregon: at Prineville take the Paulina Hwy about 115 miles and turn on Geary Creek Rd just past milepost 4.Courtesy of DiscGolfUnited.com
