Josephine Falls is a secluded freshwater swimming hole, located at the foot of Queensland’s tallest mountain, Mount Bartle Frere (Queensland’s highest mountain at 1622m)! Comprising of a series of waterfalls that flow into large pools surrounded by boulders with rainforest trees hanging over the water, keeping it cool, clear and refreshing, here you will take a short walk to a series of dramatic cascading waterfalls with the opportunity to take the plunge in the exciting natural rockslide waterfall.
