The Eno River Boat Ramp at the Three Rivers area of Falls Lake can be used to launch both motorized and non-motorized watercraft. The Eno Boat Ramp is located in Treyburn Corporate Park, off Red Mill Rd. in Durham. The Eno Boat ramp at Falls Lake is situated on the Eno River, near Falls Lake. The water depth and the size of the river near the launch is usually suitable for small motorized watercraft, and is a popular place for paddlers to launch their canoes and kayaks.

- Turn left at the 1st cross street onto N Roxboro St (449 ft)
- Continue straight to stay on N Roxboro St (1.4 mi)
- Turn right (signs for NC-55/US-15/US-70/I-85/Oxford/Carolina 55) (0.2 mi)
- Take the Interstate 85 N/US 15 N/US 70 E ramp to Oxford (0.2 mi)

US 70 at the Eno River bridge, east of Hillsborough. Park on the broad NC Department of Transportation road shoulder at the northwest corner of Highway 70 and Riverside Road. Portage down the steep bank to the river.
