In the heart of downtown Hilton Head, Coligny Beach Park provides public beach access in the midst of a major shopping area. Conveniences such as restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and vending machines will be found here. Beach equipment may be rented here during the tourist season.

Directions
From Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
- Head east on William Hilton Pkwy toward Viola Rd (0.4 mi)
- Take the exit toward William Hilton Pkwy (0.2 mi)
- Continue onto William Hilton Pkwy (signs for E 278) (1.4 mi)
- Turn right onto Indigo Run Dr (0.2 mi)
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Indigo Run DrPartial restricted usage road(1.9 mi)
- Continue onto Colonial DrRestricted usage road(0.5 mi)
- Turn left onto Telford LnRestricted usage road(138 ft)
Located at the end of Pope Avenue, off Coligny Circle, on Hilton Head Island.
Proceed around Coligny Beach Circle to South Forest Beach Rd. (.1 mi.)
Turn left onto S. Forest Beach Dr. bike pathway. (1.3 mi.)
Pathway turns right at Cordillo Parkway. Proceed along Cordillo pathway. (1.4 mi.)
Cross Pope Ave. at light, then make an immediate left onto Pope Ave. pathway. (.6 mi.)
Turn right into Compass Rose Park.
