Camp, Canoe, Hike, and Swim

Coles Creek State Park has wooded and open campsites near a swimming beach on Lake St. Lawrence. The lake is ideal for boating and fishing as well. A marina on the mouth of Coles Creek lies just north of the park entrance. The park also has a playground, playing fields and a large pavilion.

Be courteous, informed, and prepared. Read trailhead guidelines, stay on the trail, and don't feed the wildlife.

  1. Head southeast on Main St toward Maiden Ln (0.2 km)
  2. Turn left onto NY-37 E/Lincoln Ave
    Continue to follow NY-37 E

  3. Turn left onto Park St
    Destination will be on the right

Located on the south shore of Lake St. Lawrence, upriver from the Robert Moses Power Dam. Take Rte. 37. Park is east of Waddington.
