Most of Catch and release is a nice flowing single track that is easy to ride. At the south end there are some rock sections that add a little fun to the route. This is a great way to get back ton Century, or back to town without having to ride the road. Courtesy of Singletracks.com

Add ResourceNever modify trail features. Ride trails when they're dry enough that you won't leave ruts. Speak up when you see others on the trail and always yield to hikers, horses, and others coming uphill. Always ride on the established trail.
