Mountain Bike
Nothing to rave about but it is a nice ride for afterwork or if other trail conditions are less than desirable. Has some nice and slow up and downs and sweeping turns. The cart path is concrete end to end with exception to a few small sections. Its a good place to go wide open and haul butt. The fairways are thick with weeds do its like riding through a sponge. You are better off riding the cart path. This is an un-sanctioned trail and is marked as private property. However, I see many locals walking and biking the trail and have never had an issue myself. Add ResourceNever modify trail features. Ride trails when they're dry enough that you won't leave ruts. Speak up when you see others on the trail and always yield to hikers, horses, and others coming uphill. Always ride on the established trail.
