Hike
Gum Grove Park is Seal Beach's 10-acre nature park, featuring native shrubs and wildlife along with mature Eucalyptus trees. Gum Grove Park sits between Seal Beach's "The Hill" neighborhood and the Heron Pointe housing development. It overlooks a series of less-than scenic oilrigs, but the spring and summer wildflowers tend to make up for the view.
